How It Works

Three steps from interested to seated.

1

Tell us you're interested

Submit the form below. Pick a group, or choose "Not sure yet" if you want help deciding.

2

We call you back

Within 1 business day, the group facilitator reaches out to walk through schedule, fit, and questions.

3

Save your seat

If it's a match, we lock in your spot in the next cohort and send you the welcome packet.

Insurance & Cost

We accept many insurance plans; however, coverage for group counseling services varies. Clients may be responsible for copays, deductibles, or other out-of-pocket costs based on their individual insurance plan.

Reach out and the facilitator will walk through what your plan covers before your first session.

Not sure which group fits?

Pick the one that resonates and apply — the facilitator reads every application personally and reaches out within 1 business day.
